Due to various reasons outside our control, our bits had a hiccup in production, but we are back on it and have been assured we will receive our bits by the end of March. I am currently updating the website to reflect our new pricing, which was overdue since I hadn't raised prices in several years. Unfortunately, I kept holding out for prices to stabilize or go down and they are continuing to go up, so our production costs have increased dramatically. 12/2/24 Update: We were expecting to be back to regular hours by today, but due to living along Lake Erie, just south of Buffalo, NY, we’ve been battling back-to-back lake effect snow storms and have been delayed. We are mid-move of relocating our office, so are running a little behind.
