Important Store Update and Announcement 10/23/2024

Please be patient with us, as we are working on transitioning our business model to allow us to be able to continue to bring valued customer service and sales knowledge in a timely fashion, which has been our hallmark for over 11 years. Our business is unique in that it requires a lot of one-on-one with our customers, due to the nature of fitting both living, breathing, moving animals, and their humans, upon whom they ride! This takes staff with a vast array of knowledge and experience in many areas to do this right. To grow our audience and mission, we need to work on things behind the scenes to set up and make some changes, which I will give some insight to below. We are currently closed for email, phone, and text support, which I’ll outline below as well.

Our online store is still open! We will continue to fulfil online orders in 1-2 business days until we reopen our customer service and sales line around mid-November.

We have several saddles in stock, and have some orders, which we will continue to supply into stock, and update regularly online, making available for purchase and immediate shipping.  However, we will be unable to take any custom saddle orders until we have caught up with our current orders and customers. This will take a few weeks, and we will send out an announcement when we’re ready to take calls, texts, and emails, and be able to respond quickly, as we’ve been always known to do. We should be ready to roll by mid-November, if not before.

RETURNS/I GOT MY PRODUCT AND HAVE QUESTSIONS:

You may choose to hold on to your item, and we will hold your trial until we are able to reach out to answer your questions and/or troubleshoot. Or you may choose to return your order, or parts of it, for a full refund, less original shipping paid. (Instructions below)

Saddle customers (currently on trial, and those who purchase stock saddles, we will provide pre- and post-sale support, on a limited basis beginning the first of November, even while the transitioning is occurring. During this time, if you choose to return your saddle, and any accessories you may want to return, we will WAIVE the 6% return fee on saddles and refund in full, less the original $10 paid.

All returns will be processed and refunded promptly upon receipt, and you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the return and refund.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. I am working diligently behind the scenes to make sure we continue to be the A+BBB company, with white glove service that I’ve taken so much pride in building and sustaining, almost singlehandedly, for over a decade. Being a business owner/operator, single mom of a very active teenager, homeowner, and landlord, it’s time to team up with others with the knowledge and expertise and who are respected in our field. I’m excited about being able to continue the same amazing saddles, bits, and tack, and expert customer support, while furthering our reach. I felt an update was in order, and peek behind the curtain, if you will, about what’s been going on. I feel really good about the direction we’re going and can’t wait to provide an update!
