The breast collar tugs on the breast collar were way too large unfortunately. Still waiting on replacement ones.

I'm sorry to hear that. Although we don't usually add fleece to the back of them, since rubbing isn't generally an issue we see with them. However, every horse is different and sometimes it's just where it's laying on their shoulder and how they move, and they need a little buffer. Fleece will do the trick.
