The Imus 4-Beat® Comfort Grip Saddle Pad fits perfectly beneath the Imus 4-Beat Gaited® Saddles and Legacy Saddles. It boasts a non-slip comfort grip bottom that allows for free air flow and moisture wicking. Built-in contoured wither relief, genuine wear leathers, and a denier top that resists dirt and water are also features of this pad. The center of the pad is filled with a thin layer of shock-absorbing genuine woolen felt. The Imus 4-Beat® logo is embroidered on the front edge.
This pad can be used with most brands of saddles. If you are purchasing the pad for the Imus 4-Beat Saddle®, it fits the saddle shape without interfering with the loins or shoulders, provides breathable grip, and is not too thick. We recommend using a pad 1" or less with the Imus 4-Beat Saddle due to the Supracor padding we build under the bars of the tree. That essentially provides a built in therapeutic saddle pad without adding much weight, thickness and providing perfect weight distribution.
