INTERIM PRODUCT RETURN/QUESTIONS INFO

RETURNS/I GOT MY PRODUCT AND HAVE QUESTSIONS:

While we are somewhat offline, you may choose to return a product, or may have questions before you can try it! You may choose to hold on to your item, and we will hold your trial until we are able to reach out to answer your questions and/or troubleshoot. Or you may choose to return your order, or parts of it, for a full refund, less original shipping paid. (Instructions below)

Saddle customers (currently on trial, and those who purchase stock saddles, we will provide pre- and post-sale support, on a limited basis beginning the first of November, even while the transitioning is occurring. During this time, if you choose to return your saddle, and any accessories you may want to return, we will WAIVE the 6% return fee on saddles and refund in full, less the original $10 paid.

All returns will be processed and refunded promptly upon receipt, and you will receive an automatic email confirmation of the return and refund.
